mcwcom Terms & Conditions

1.1 To register an account with mcwcom, you must: (a) be at least 21 years of age; (b) be a resident of or located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law; (c) provide accurate personal information including a valid Bangladeshi mobile number; and (d) not be self-excluded from any gambling platform or subject to a court or administrative order restricting gambling activity.

1.2 mcwcom reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the player relationship, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or as part of an ongoing account review. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

1.3 mcwcom does not accept registrations from persons acting on behalf of another individual, syndicates, or professional betting groups operating under a shared account structure. Each account must represent one natural person only.

2.1 Members are responsible for ensuring that all account information remains accurate and up to date. Changes to a registered mobile number, payment method, or personal details must be submitted through the account management section and may require re-verification.

2.2 mcwcom reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where: (a) the Member has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) fraudulent, collusive, or unlawful activity is suspected; (c) the Member has provided false or misleading registration information; or (d) the account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months without any deposits, withdrawals, or betting activity.

2.3 Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus balances, free spins, or promotional credits held in the account at the time of closure will be forfeited. Real-money balances subject to no outstanding verification or fraud holds will be returned to the Member's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

2.4 Members may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting mcwcom customer support. Requests will be processed within five business days. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with the standard settlement rules applicable to each game or market.

3.1 mcwcom accepts deposits exclusively via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to a Member's account balance in real time upon successful confirmation from the payment provider.

3.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the Member's registered payment method only. mcwcom does not transfer funds to third-party accounts, accounts registered to a different name, or payment methods not previously used for deposits on the same account.

3.3 Withdrawal requests are subject to standard identity verification checks. mcwcom aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours of submission. Processing times may be extended in cases where additional verification is required or where a withdrawal triggers an automated compliance review.

3.4 mcwcom does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. Members are advised to check with their individual payment provider regarding any fees that the provider itself may apply to mobile financial transactions.

3.5 mcwcom reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request back to the Member's account balance if the request cannot be completed due to payment provider downtime, failed verification, or a compliance hold. In such cases, the Member will be notified and given the opportunity to resubmit the request.

4.1 mcwcom offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, tournament prizes, and seasonal promotions including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and BPL season specials. Each promotion is governed by individual promotion terms which specify the eligible deposit amount, wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds (where applicable), and validity period.

4.2 Bonuses may only be claimed by the registered account holder. Bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using bonus funds in a manner designed to guarantee a mathematical profit irrespective of game outcomes, or employing low-risk hedging strategies that circumvent wagering requirements — is strictly prohibited and will result in the cancellation of all related bonuses and winnings.

4.3 mcwcom reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion has already been credited to a Member's account, the wagering requirement in force at the time of crediting will continue to apply unless the promotion is cancelled on grounds of fraud or misuse.

4.4 Bonus balances and real-money balances are tracked separately within the Member's account. Unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms, real-money balances are used first when placing bets. Winnings generated from bonus funds become withdrawable real-money funds only once all applicable wagering requirements have been fully completed.

4.5 mcwcom reserves the right to limit the maximum withdrawal amount arising from any single bonus. Where such a limit applies, it will be clearly stated in the individual promotion terms.

5.1 All games offered on mcwcom — including live casino tables, slot machines, fishing games, crash games, and sports betting markets — are operated in accordance with the rules published by the respective game provider or sportsbook engine. In the event of a discrepancy between the rules displayed on the mcwcom interface and the rules of the underlying game provider, the rules of the game provider shall prevail.

5.2 mcwcom reserves the right to void any bet or wager placed: (a) as a result of a software error, pricing error, or data feed failure; (b) in circumstances where the outcome of the event was known prior to the bet being placed; (c) where the bet was placed in a manner inconsistent with normal player behaviour or that exploits a technical vulnerability in the platform.

5.3 Sports betting markets — including all cricket markets covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other international competitions — are subject to event cancellation and postponement rules. Where a match is abandoned before a sufficient number of overs or periods have been played to constitute an official result, bets will be settled in accordance with the market-specific rules applicable to that event type.

5.4 In-play (live) betting markets are offered in real time and odds may be suspended or removed at any point during an event at the discretion of the trading team. Bets accepted before a market suspension are not affected by that suspension unless the bet falls within a void scenario described in clause 5.2 above.

5.5 The maximum single-bet payout across all markets on mcwcom is subject to per-market limits published within the individual game or market information pages. mcwcom reserves the right to limit a Member's maximum stake on any market at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mcwcom platform. Engaging in any of the actions below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in referral to law enforcement or financial crime authorities:

• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.
• Opening or operating more than one account on mcwcom, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Engaging in collusive play with other Members to manipulate game outcomes or generate artificial bonus wagering.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or data feed failures to generate guaranteed profit.
• Providing false identity documents or impersonating another person during the verification process.
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or otherwise dispute a legitimate deposit transaction after funds have been used for betting.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy, or other IP masking technology in a manner intended to circumvent geographic or account-level restrictions.

8.2 The mcwcom brand name, logo, and domain name are proprietary trademarks. Unauthorised use of any mcwcom trademark — including use in a manner likely to cause confusion, association, or misrepresentation — is strictly prohibited.

8.3 Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the mcwcom platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to any commercial use, scraping, data extraction, or systematic access to the platform's content or data feeds.

9.1 mcwcom provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take all reasonable steps to maintain platform uptime and data integrity, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults, data loss, or third-party interference.

9.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mcwcom shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of profit, loss of data, loss of business, or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use the platform; (b) any loss arising from a Member's reliance on information displayed on the platform, including odds, game results, or market data; (c) any loss arising from the actions or omissions of third-party payment providers, game studios, or data feed suppliers.

9.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits mcwcom's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9.4 Members acknowledge that gambling involves inherent financial risk and that all bets are placed voluntarily. mcwcom is not responsible for any financial loss incurred by a Member as a result of gambling activity on the platform.

10.1 mcwcom collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

10.2 mcwcom implements SSL encryption across all data transmissions on the platform. Member account data, payment information, and identity documents are stored using industry-standard security protocols. mcwcom does not sell, rent, or share Member personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

10.3 Members have the right to request access to the personal data held about them, to request correction of inaccurate data, and to request deletion of data where no legal obligation requires its retention. Such requests should be directed to mcwcom customer support.

11.1 mcwcom reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Members via a notice displayed on the platform or via SMS to the registered mobile number. Non-material changes (including typographical corrections and minor clarifications) take effect immediately upon publication.

11.2 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of these Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

11.3 These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the Member and mcwcom in relation to the use of the platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between the parties.

11.4 mcwcom's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms on any particular occasion does not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce that provision on a future occasion.

11.5 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through mcwcom's standard customer support escalation process shall be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties before any other dispute resolution mechanism is pursued.
